Climbing higher grounds, team realignment, and other stuff...

Hi Team,

There are a lot of new programs opening this season. With new programs come new openings. I hope you find time to choose what program you want to be part of. This is a chance to experience the pangs of interviews, and when accepted, you'll be a part of the pioneer team for those programs! Thanks to all your hardwork... Convergys is progressing fast with the entry of these new programs! You all deserve a pat on the back! The past few days, I do apologize that I have been too preoccupied with our grand project that my time has been spent more on that rather than on team development. (I miss our meetings!=) I just hope you understand it's importance to the advancement of the program and I truly appreciate those who supported it in many ways.

For those who feel they're not yet ready.. I'll be happy to sit one on one with you to discuss and develop your chosen career paths.

I encourage all to be part of the growth Convergys is having right now. Deadline for application is tomorrow start of shift. I want you guys to climb higher and grow. I do believe that all of you are ripe and ready for new challenges. For those who'll be having their day offs tom.. kindly submit your application by tonight. There are others who might have a different perspective, or who believes otherwise, on how a team should be, but for me, it is my ultimate fulfillment to see my team climb up the corporate ladder. In unity there is harmony.. nevertheless, let's work together to fulfill that mission.

By the way, Sherwin will be having his initial interview with Direct TV as Team Lead tomorrow morning. HR has given a second chance since his application form was misplaced. Good Luck to you guys!

For those who were affected with the team realignment, I'm working with management to get you back. We have been working together for so long that I have witnessed all your ups and downs that it gives me great pain to see you part from a team where you originally belong. Well, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for all of you.

Let's soar higher Patronus! We're the best team. We have a reputation for that! We don't crawl, we soar... we don't drift, we fly! Let's all be part of this challenge! For with challenges will we know who we really are... and prove how much we can achieve.

P/Cube Beta
